Camden-based Eleanor Palmer Primary School is one of the last schools to be benefitting from the Solar Schools programme as they plan to install a 120 panel 30kW rooftop system next year. This will lead to savings of 15 tonnes of CO2 per year plus cost savings, as well as providing pupils the opportunity to learn more about clean energy.

The school are aiming to crowdfund £14,000 to fund the project and are seeking contributions from local businesses. This is a great opportunity for businesses to demonstrate their environmental commitment to customers and the local community.

There are three levels of sponsorship available:

  • Bronze: £400 donation = 1 solar panel. Your business will be named as a Bronze Sponsor in all project related media.
  • Silver: £800 donation = 2 solar panels. Your business will be named as a Silver Sponsor in all project related media.
  • Gold: £1200 donation = 3 solar panels. Your business will be named as a Gold Sponsor in all project related media.

Click on their information leaflet for more information on the project and sponsorship benefits.
