Connecting business with the community ‘Climate Connectors’ partnership

Businesses, News, Schools, Third Sector – Thursday, November 25th, 2021

The CCCA have partnered with local climate and social action community group Think and Do, to help further foster collaboration between businesses and the community on sustainability projects.

Taking forward the collaboration theme from COP26, the Climate Connectors provides a pathway for businesses to embody the collaboration theme and take the next step in working with local community partners.

The Climate Connectors team will be encouraging businesses across the borough to commit to working in partnership with local schools and community groups through a variety of projects:

  • Tree planting and pollinator pathways across the borough
  • Support future change-makers by partnering with a school
  • Offer corporate volunteers to support local groups
  • Support the creation of local food cooperatives

If your business is keen to get involved and find ways to work creatively and collaboratively with the community get in touch.
