As part of the Camden Town Low Emission Neighbourhood project, King’s College London and AmbioTEK Community Interest Group will be conducting research about how different kitchen cooking and ventilation options can affect air quality in commercial kitchens.
The research team plans collect air quality measurements in a range of kitchens with different cooking styles and ventilation options and are seeking restaurants in the Camden Town area to take part in the project by hosting small air quality sensors in their kitchens.
The innovative research will improve our understanding of air quality and the influence of different cooking methods and ventilation approaches.
Participating restaurants are sought as soon as possible, and if you would be interested in hosting a monitor and taking part in this research, please get in touch.
